Customer experience: Paptic

Customer experience: Paptic

Paptic and Liveto have been working together with multiple events. Paptic is an innovative company that makes sustainable alternatives for plastic in packages, how cool is that! Valtteri Pussi is working as an marketing coordinator for Paptic and this blog post has been written based on his interview.

Bringing fairs to online

According to Valtteri Pussi, Covid-19 had a strong effect on why they started to bring Paptic’s fairs into online platforms. Right from the beginning they knew that they wanted to create interactive experiences for their virtual events. Pussi emphasized that Liveto’s virtual platform enabled interactive event like they wanted. Platform had elements such as chat and polls that made attendees more included!

In Paptic’s webinar, attendees felt that they were in a real event, talking with Patic’s professionals. This way the experience was not left passive and attendees really felt that they had a say on the event. And ofcourse the organizers loved how active the attendees were!

2022 the Open House by Paptic “Packaging Tells More Than a Thousand Pictures” event had specific goals: Bring people from the industry together to discuss current topics and Paptic’s new innovations and products. Discussions, sharing thoughts and creating new ideas were in the heart of the event!

Live stream and communication tools were very important in the “Packaging Tells More Than a Thousand Pictures” event. Both attendees and Paptic’s professionals followed the live stream, talked in chat and had meetings with private messaged and -video calls. Virtual platform was easy-to-use and visual aspects were personalized according to Paptic’s brand – these were also important elements that impacted the success of the event.

In the interview Pussi also brings up how flexible Liveto’s virtual platform is. The platform has its own easy-to-use editor which means you can easily edit and build your virtual platform, with the help of our customer success manager of course! This way you can skip some steps and place all the materials in the platform yourself, no need to send them to programmers!

“Easy to use” – Valtteri Pussi

Big part, maybe even the most important part, of a successful virtual event is its live stream. This also means that most of the time it is also the most stressful one for the event organizers. According to Pussi they got important help from Liveto for the live stream. Pussi says that it was easy to organize the event with the help of Liveto’s professionals!
