Customer experience: Fastroi

Fastroi is an innovative software company in the social- and healthcare industry. Fastroi has developed an industry leading care management system for social care. Their care management system is used for example in residential, domiciliary and reablement care services. Fastroi used Liveto’s event management tools and event platform in their Customer Days event. Read more about the collaboration in this blog!

Biggest events organized by Fastroi are the annual training events for their Hilkka- and Nappula software users in Finland and Real- Time Care software users in Great Britain. Finland’s training day was organized together with Kuntien Tiera and the event was hybrid. Event contained three training days and had 229 attendees in one day! Fastroi also organizes internal events annually, both in-person and virtual events. Fastroi also has its own freetime committee called Virkkari, which organizes different events for the employees.

 

Quality trainings and webinars

During Fatsroi’s trainings and webinars they go through their management and it’s different elements and current topics in the social- and healthcare industry. The goal is to ease the work in offices and in customer work. And of course to share news and information to the industry! This is why Fastroi always wants to offer quality events and trainings for their attendees, no matter what is the form of the event. For example in 2023 matters related to the social care customer information archive, are a hot topic and Fatsroi has webinars about this.

According to the feedback given by the attendees, Fastroi’s events and webinars are very useful. Often special thanks are sent to the speakers that inspire the attendees. However, the most important part of the event is when attendees can discuss and meet with Fastroi’s professionals!

Fastroi Customer Days event

For their event Fastroi used Liveto’s virtual event platform and ticket sales tools. Different entrance tickets, both virtual and in-person executions and accommodation packages were sold to the event, all which were possible to buy from the same virtual ticket shop.

When comparing different event management platforms for their event, Fastroi was especially looking for a platform that is handy and easy-to-use. Event had three training days and it was very important that attendees could easily choose and follow the agenda they wanted, and even watch parts of the program later on. All the attendees thought that it was important that they could watch recordings of the event later on, which was possible with a virtual event platform. Chat was also a very handy tool to make virtual attendees feel more active participants. Fastroi wanted to organize tickets sales with Liveto because, in their words, it made billing and event management easier.

Survey done for Fastroi Customer Day event’s attendees (68 replies) showed that attendees were very happy with the event. According to the survey, in-person attendees rated the event 4,7 (5 max). Virtual attendees rated the event 4,7 (5 max) and Liveto’s virtual event platform 4,5. It is safe to say that the attendees were happy and event organizers were satisfied with the results!

Fatsroi really focused on breaks and programs on this year's event, based on last year's feedback. This year’s event attendees gave many thanks to diverse content, smooth program and all together to the great atmosphere that the event had!

Working with Liveto

Event planning started in 2022 and the project was planned with Liveto. Fastroi got their own Customer Success Manager from Liveto, who helped along the way and answered any questions that popped in event organizers minds. It was easy to edit Liveto’s virtual event platform, so Fastroi’s event organizers did edit the platform themselves. Virtual event platform was completely edited to match the brand visuals of Fastroi! Savumedia, partner for the live stream, also sent thanks to Liveto for great collaboration.

All in all, the event was successful and both attendees and event organizers were happy with Liveto’s service and platform! Fastroi said that they could recommend Liveto for organizers, who want to work with one service provider all the way from ticket sales to virtual event platform.
